Every great story starts somewhere.
Ours started with Frank Bruynesteijn.
Known across Amsterdam’s event scene for his warmth, generosity and unmistakable hospitality, Frank was better known simply as ‘Browny‘. A nickname that became the name of the company.
Together with his son Nick, he built Brownys into what it is today. Driven by passion, powered by people, and guided by one simple belief: take care of your clients, and everything else will follow.
From 1999 onwards, Frank poured his heart and soul into the business, passing on countless lessons about hospitality, service and making the impossible feel effortless.
In 2011, Frank passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind not just a successful company, but a way of working that still defines Brownys today.
The next chapter.
Today, Nick leads Brownys together with Bram, Julian, Naomi, Ramon and Micky.
Together with the team, they bring fresh energy, fast thinking and a solution-first mindset. Because in our world, plans change. Expectations grow. And challenges are simply opportunities in disguise.
The Brownys of today blends timeless values with modern creativity. Genuine hospitality meets brand experiences. Personal service meets social impact. Decades of experience meet a global network of partners, venues and specialists.
